Riding is a Yorkshire style, dry and fruity session Ale. Copper in colour, it has a distinctive dry hop character, but with a delicate, subtle bitterness. This derives from adding the most aromatic hops to the beer at the end of the brewing porcess. They impart a fresh, peppery & spicy hop aroma to Riding, which erupts from the glass as it pours.
